Biography
Duane S. Lindsey has been in private practice in Orange County or thirty-six (36) years. Before establishing his own firm in 2001, Duane was the managing partner of the Orange County office for a regional law firm, where he was responsible for the real estate and estate planning department. Since establishing his own practice, Duane has concentrated his practice in estate planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.), probate, conservatorships, guardianships, probate and trust administration and litigation. Duane’s real estate practice has included the representation of independently owned Century 21 and Re/Max offices and frequently is called upon to be a speaker on the subject of real estate broker and agent obligations.
In his practice, Duane draws on a wealth of practical experience from his personal and professional background, various fields of law and training in order to provide quality and economical representation of his clients. Duane provides personal attention to each case, keeps you informed and is easily accessible to discuss your case. You will find that Duane pays great attention to your matter, is well prepared in representing his clients in hearings before the Court, mediations, arbitrations or trial.
Duane is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California, and is active in the Trust and Estates Section. Outside of his law practice, Duane is active in his church and frequently volunteers at the Orange County Rescue Mission and Second Harvest.
